If there’s one thing (out of the many things) we are grateful about our wedding – it is choosing MJK as our actual day photographer.
After browsing through more than 20 photographers’ portfolio and quotations, we’ve decided to engage Jason’s team for our actual day photography – met Jason & Mel and immediately we felt at ease as they’re a very down-to-earth and easy-going couple. There wasn’t much details to be captured on our wedding day because I’m not a very detailed bride (heh!), hence we requested for Jason & John to focus on capturing emotion on our wedding day and true enough, they managed to meet the brief. Not only that, one thing I appreciate about Jason aside from his responsiveness (he will reply you anytime, even if he just wants to tell you he will reply you later, which is something I believe most brides will appreciate), is his attentiveness. On our actual day, due to unforeseen circumstances we did not managed to cover a shot of our rings, which was a shot I really wanted. On our 2nd dinner reception, I recall clearly the moment Jason turn up at the dinner venue, the 1st thing he requested was for us to hand him our rings & he immediately covered a few ring shots; this might sound petty but it meant a lot to us and am so glad he remembered!
